Why would you want to buy it when the website says they are offering it free? BTW, that website’s link is broken, so it would be kind of difficult to try it out.
Does it basically just query yahoo to find your competition’s backlinks, or does it actually add something of value, like showing places that are more likely to give a link (places with submission forms, for example)? Because if it doesn’t, people can just do that themselves in about 3 seconds.
The tool lists multiple places where you can built relevant backlinks, including places where you can fill out those forms and leave your URL, directories, content building tasks, social media tasks, & other stuff.
